Mtn does wrong sim swap despite given correct number

On Tuesday, 19 June 2018 I went to the Mtn store in Rusternburg, Waterfall Mall next to Pick ‘n pay. I was assisted by a gentleman named Molebogeng Moabi. I was doing a simswap for my contract cellphone number starting 07676.. I provided Mr Moabi with the correct number to do the sim swap on. He chose to do a sim swap for a different number of a totally different contract I have with mtn. The number he did a simswap on is starting 07846..Currently, both numbers are inactive because the sim swap is still in progress. I am missing important calls because he chose to swap a number he never had the authority to. I went back to the store to complain.

Mr Moabi was very rude , shouting at me saying he did a sim swap on the number that I gave him. After referring to the slip he gave me and the form I filled in for the sim swap showing that the sim swap is supposed to be done on the 07676 number instead of the one he did which is for the 07846 number , he went on like nothing was wrong. Further telling me that the only solution is for me to come back at another time because now he’s in a hurry and can’t fix his mess. I don’t live in Rustenburg. Unfortunate I can’t drive back and forth to fix his nonsense mistakes. Now I’m sitting with no SIM card. Instead of having my problem fixed as I had paid for it.
