MTN does not want your business
I followed the online steps for a contract upgrade after receiving messages from MTN that I am due for a upgrade and it only takes 2 minutes and will be shipped to your front door within 3 days. That was a week ago. Still no contact from MTN. Customer service never gets back to me!.
