Mtn does not want to solve their problem and they don't care about there loyal customers

I sent my complain regarding MTN South Africa a week ago and they have not responded me with my serious matter I am having with them. What they doing to me is seen as ***** right now as their workers are the reason why this whole problem is happening and I need them to report to my issue as my wife and I are not able to use our phones. We are struggling at work! @mtnsouthafrica please attend to my matter or I'll be opening a case.
