MTN does not want to close account!!

My contract with MTN ended in January this year(2024 ), however, i have been battling to close my account with them. My account keeps on getting more and more in arrears. I have written them countless of emails and called them to no luck till date. As a result of this predicament, my credit score has been affected severely. I do not owe MTN anything!!!!
