MTN DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT THAT HAS ENDED

I have sent this email and have tried cancelling my contract via email and telephonically and I have never received any feedback. MTN has refused to cancell my contract, i have tried calling them 2 months before the contract ended as well as a month before and they keep asking me to call back, i finally called back on the 16th of October and now they say i owe them for another month and have still not cancelled my contract, which has not been in use for a year. I am writing this as thousands of people are going through this with MTN and they have black listed these people which is so unfair because MTN is ********* and i want to keep this on record as they will want to also blacklist me.
