MTN DOES NOT WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AFTER THE AGREED PERIOD!!!!

I have tried to cancel 3 times. The 3rd time I was smart enough to note names at least. Gama Mlotshwa put me on mute and cut the call. Same as the other 2 people before. In terms of TCF, this must be my worst customer experience ever. Why do you guys not want me to cancel?? I have called 3 times and spent over 40 minutes. I have even been to a store, and they tell me to call. Well I guess next step is to stop the debit order. Maybe then I'll get a call. All payments up to date, I just don't want to continue with you guys. Please just let me cancel and move on.
