MTN does not want to cancel expired LTE contract

Please be careful when signing up a contract with MTN.My 24 months LTE contract has expired and I gave them over a month notice and sent numerous e-mails that I don't won't contract to go over from month to month.They STILL haven't cancelled it.Service is pathetic.
