MTN Does not want to cancel contract after expiry
Good day
I am extremely angry at MTN.April i called to request that my MTN contarct be cancelled when it expires on 04 June. This was not done. I went into the MTN Store on 07 June 2015 to cancel my contract for *** again. I requested the amount to pay and was told to pay R1017.00 which I did. After 1 month and 4 trips to the MTN store my contract was still not cancelled. I called in to the call centre and was told that I still need to pay an additional amount as a result of wrong information given at the MTN store. I called in again and Marvin Dyers told me to email the proof of payment and he would cancel my contract and reverse my June Premium.I went back to the MTN store and paid an additional amount of R918.00 and sent Marvin the proof.I sent numerous emails to him and have received no repsonse.
I think this is unacceptable and have called again today to the MTN call centre who want to log another request to cancel my contract.I can not keep calling in and waiting for 45 minutes everytime and be told they will log a new request to cancel my contract..I have two contracts and would like to cancel the *** number. My email adress is [Email Removed]
