MTN Does Not Want To Cancel

Good day, after reporting a problem with my FLTE connection various times and obtaining various reference numbers (14 in total), I requested MTN to cancel my subscription in November 2022 and December 2022. As I have reported the problem various times, I refuse to pay the cancellation fee as I see it as a breach of contract from MTN side. Up to now I have been getting the runaround to cancel my subscription without paying the cancellation fee. All MTN is doing is transferring me from complaints to retention to coverage and them some more between them. I have all my correspondence on email, some of my reference numbers on email and other reference numbers on SMS. I have already got another ISP for my data. I do not want my call phone contract cancelled, only my data contract. How do I get this problem solved?
