MTN Does Not Want Any More Business

I have been eligible for an upgrade for over a month on my MTN contract, but cannot apply for an upgrade. I have: Logged a request on-line for MTN Business I have called the contact centre twice I have physically been into MTN stores twice I do not understand how a company makes it impossible for their clients to sign a 2 year contract with them worth over R 30k. If Cell C, Vodacom or Telkom were any better, I would move, but they are all just as useless.
