MTN does not value customers

Why can you not give a 0 rating? I have been trying to cancel my contract since November 2023, and have had no luck. Phoned 135, calls not answered. Went in store (in Gauteng and Limpopo), but was told you can only cancel via customer service number. Tried to phone numerous times again, each time getting transferred from department to department, and the calls being dropped eventually. The one time I did get through, I was told the systems are down and they can't assist. Tried to send them mails but also no help, getting script replies which is no help. Absolute worst! Kicker is, I was just trying to move from one contract to another, but after this, I am not interested in them as a service provider anymore.
