MTN DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE

App**** for a online black friday contract upgrade in November, received a reference number to date no feedback, MTN has now suspended my contract due to their incompetence, i have spoke to 9 call center agents spent hours on the phone been to 6 branches and to your head office and no one can assist. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service received from MTN, you guys really dont care about your customers
