MTN does not stick to their agreements

I was assured that the billing error would be rectified and I wouldn't be debited the incorrect amount of money. None of that has happened let alone the outcomes of the investigation to establish how in the first place I was billed incorrectly and so much money.

This is frustrating beyond words now. I don't know if I should take this further than I have already.
