MTN DOES NOT RESPOND TO NEW CONTRACT APPLICATIONS!!!

Iv been trying the call centre and 5 times my call was disconnected when i asked to be transferred to the sales department as i app**** online for a contract and nobody has contacted me. If this is how mtn customer support treats their customers and dont value more business then i should take my business elsewhere!!! Im absolutely appalled!!!
