MTN does not respond to formal lodged compliants

I had a bad experience with MTN after being a loyal subscriber for more than 15 years. They just sent u automated responses with ref no but never get back or try to resolve the matter regardless of how many follow-up one makes. Im very much disappointed with bad service.
