MTN does not respond to any Hello Peter complaint. This is the 2 one that is loaded

The complaint is with Westgate branch where the information was sent through 15 Feb 2023 and we still did not receive any feedback. We have been to the branch x2 but the issue is still not resolved. To deal with MTN is a complete utter nightmare. The Westgate manager never return calls or get back with any feedback. This is the second Hello Peter complaint as there was no response on my first Hello Peter complaint.
