MTN does not respiond to enquiries

I had a contract with Nashua Mobile and was used to good service. Then MTN took over and oh dear!!!<br> <br> Contract due for upgrade a year ago, but due to stories about bad service at MTN I postponed. At last I decided to give MTN a chance and did the upgrade on Tuesday 7 April 2015 at MTN store in Vincent Shopping Centre East London. MTN then decided for no reason to suspend my account<br> <br> I phoned their Customer Care on 808, but on all 3 occasions held on for more than an hour and no consultant! Then phoned the MTN SP in East London where I did upgrade and said she will come back to me. Nothing. I phoned a Business Consultant in Kimberley who is doing our business's accounts. Again no result.<br> <br> I visited MTN SP in Walmer Park, PE and twice in Uitenhage.. They tried to assist, but to no avail. I then cancelled my upgrade and was given ***. Was assured upgrade was cancelled, but my old contract would still be applicable. Only to find that I can only make calls and send sms's. Also asked to cancel my contract with 1 month's notice.<br> <br> No feedback from MTN as yet. All I want is to get my old contract back and cancel by end May 2015.<br> <br> Not once did MTN come back to me.
