MTN does not repond to Hellopeter reports anymore
It looks like MTN is not interested in client service anymore. I've posted a report on Hellopeter more than 5 days ago and they DO NOT respond to Hellopeter reports. I looked briefly at some other complaints and looks like they do not respond anymore. It looks like we have to move away from MTN and there is many issues at the moment. I really liked MTN and was loyal to MTN for almost 14 year, but now they don't care about clients & client service anymore. That is so sad!! : (
