MTN DOES NOT REFUND FOR DEBITS AFTER CANCELLATION.

MTN are very prompt in debiting bank accounts for payments - however they do not respond to refund requests. MTN has been owing me a refund for 2 months now for a cancelled contract which they still debited 2 months after cancellation.

I have been endlessly chasing them ... many many emails , phone calls e.t.c - however they just respond that the query has been resolved but upto date I still have not received my refund.

I think it's unfair that they are so prompt in Debiting the account every single month without any delay - however when it comes to returning money, they turn a blind eye. They just ignore. Very disappointing. I will never use MTN again.
