MTN does not put customers first.
Good day, I have not receive any feedback regarding my complainant with the terrible service I have been receiving from MTN for the contract I have with them. I repeat I will NO LONGER be paying for data I'm unable to access until someone fixes this problem and I demand a refund for all the months I have been paying for this data.

We have checked your profile on the sim card. Kindly take your phone and sim card into your nearest MTN service center, to test both.

Good day, noted I will go to the nearest MTN store again. Hopefully this time they can help me, with regards to my refund who will assist me with that ? because I want to be refunded for data I have been debited for and was NEVER able to access it and use.
