MTN DOES NOT PAY BACK MY MONEY

MTN is supposed to refund me as I have paid 500 extra on my contract account since last year in August, till this day no one is saying anything. I have been writing emails and complaints to their website and no one responds to my case. their call centre just rings and I get cut off.

Hello thandimabasa,

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused and for the delay with the matter being resolved.

We have now escalated the matter directly to the management team within our Legal Department as the account still has a legal status.

We've requested some clarification on the account and we will touch base with you thereafter.
