Mtn does not load data on routers

My MTN data on my router was not loaded for this month keep calling to have them allocate it and they tel me will be done in 2 days have not received it and its been 12 days keep calling and today i was told the ticket that was logged for me was for internet not working not data not loaded they cant assist me
