MTN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE FUCL THEYVAREVDOING

I had taken out a contract online with you rewards co and cancelled within the cooling off period everything g was returned unopened back to dsv I was billed and charged a cancellation fee which rewards co said they sent all details for a the fees to be waved but this was not rectified I'm now unable to do anything on my lines no upgrades **** all I have been with MTN for 10 ****ing years
