MTN Does not know how to activate Iphone Esim 20 days after launching it

MTN Northgate wasted 40 minutes of my time trying to figure out how to activate an esim. I need to add that no-one actually knew what an esim was and I had to explain to 4 different people what an esim was. After explaining they then told me that it can only be done with a new phone which I had to dispute using their own website. Then they explained it is only for watches which I also had to show them on the web and in their own booklet was not the case. when they finally figured out how to do it for an iphone they had started helping other customers and wanted me to wait even longer until they finished helping other customers. I gave up and left.
