MTN DOES NOT HONOUR DEALS

I am so disappointed with MTN. Now I truly believe that they do not want to honour their promise to load the Free 20GB data that came with the contract. Every time I phone they are sending an email to Billings. Customer service promised to get back to me in 8 hours. they never did. 5 days later still no response. I cannot express the betrayal. I believe this meets the grounds to cancel my contract.
