mtn does not have customer services (second report)
<p>mtn does not have customer services, when you dial the 083 1 808 number nobody picks up. mtn active requiers a mtn cellphone number my cell phone ********** has been deactivated, and i do not want it reactivated, when i put in my current cellphone number, it is rejected, effectivly i cant contact mtn, i have a contract, with mtn, but no customer services, i cant see my statements.</p> <p>i mentioned this previosly on hello peter, mtn 's responce is that all their services are up and running, this is not the case, i will continue to wright reports on hello peter untill i can get the matter resolved, and i can see my statements.</p>

Eventualy i did reach someone, the call lasted 11 minutes, after leaving the phone on speaker, i endulged in other activities, untill someone answered.
