MTN does not have any people to help with queries and getting them sorted.

I have been paying MTN either via EFT or in store but my account get in arrears more each month. Where is the money going to as no one can or whats to assist in this matter, I have been in store at Wonderboom Junction Numerous times. The simple task of doing a change of address is also impossible. I have also emailed ********** she did not even bother to email me back as well on 27 March 2018 at 10:56. Where i asked about the payments and also to change my address.
