MTN does not guarantee the phone you ordered, you hope you get what you ordered.

I ordered the Iphone 13 Pro Graphite online, I received a phone call confirming everything but when it came to the color MTN told me they cant garuntee you will get the color you want. So does that mean when you buy something at MTN its a lotto to see if you receive the phone choice you PAID for. What is the point in having the color picker on the MTN website when you will just get a random color. This is unacceptable, i am paying alot of money to get the product i want.
