MTN does not give service

MTN - still waiting for a response logged in March. Is there anyone there? I registered with a new contract in March. MTN said there was a signal in my vicinity. Unfortunately the signal is intermittant and I need internet connectivity to be able to work (and earn a salary). Despite numerous emails and visits to their branch in Musgrave centre, I have had no response or feedback. No technician has been to test the signal. I am ready to slit my wrists.
