MTN does not give promotional data as promised!

Since November I haven't recieved the 30Gb promotional data (10 Gb pm) as advertised. I have now phoned MTN on 14/12 and 15/12 and all they do is send a SMS saying your query has been escalated, BUT NEVER GET BACK to you.

REALY BAD SERVICE, and not delivering on their side of the contract!
