MTN does NOT deliver on their promises

Almost 30 years ago I changed cell phone provider away FROM mtn because of bad service. Recently I decided to give them another chance... nothing has changed. I got a data card... I discussed my understanding of the deal in store and store assistant did not bother to correct me when I didn't understand after repeatedly confirming that I would be able to migrate to a bigger package with no xtra charge. Then I couldn't. Had to wait 3 months. Just tried another deal... wifi. ''Aaaag nee wat'' waste of time and energy... now going back on the black friday deal that I signed up for... in 7 days have not received the router. Now they say only way I can get it is at R40 more per month for the entire contract period??
