MTN does not deliver Makro voucher as promised

I recently did an upgrade with MTN for the Home uncapped FLTE 10mps. I was promised the package with the promotional Makro voucher of R1000. I distinctly asked the sales person if I will receive the voucher and was assured that I would. I never received the Makro voucher. After trying to contact MTN several times they were unwillingly to assist me or kept passing me onto someone else. Promises of contacting me back never materialised.

I've been a loyal customer to MTN for about 25yrs and always paid my bill on time. This is the first time that I have experienced such bad customer service from MTN. I want this issue to be resolved and I want what I was promised. Very disappointed!
