MTN does not close contract
I had a MTN cellular contract about 10 years ago which I closed . Balance is nil. When checking my credit record with Transunion it is still listed as OPEN with a nil balance. Tried to contact MTN via customer care email address ( ref *** ) a week ago and still have no reply
