MTN does NOT care - is useless beyond imagination

Why are her no minus stars? I have many issues with MTN since a long time. I tried everything, no answers. Since several months, make that years! The email customercare@mtn is a black hole par excellance. Their call center is broken. They know it, but do not fix it anyway. I even tried a shop. They contacted MTN head Office on my behalf and were also ignored. MTN not only ignores their clients, but their shops too. Very telling. The wheels are coming off fast. After 20 years plus with MTN is time to go elsewhere and move all my lines. Does anybody any tips where the grass is not yellow?
