MTN does not care for their customers

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service delivery of mtn. I have been waiting 6 weeks for a phone. After 4 weeks a sales representative phoned me to let me know there was stock of the items I wanted delivered and I continued with my application and they said I would receive my device after 7 days. After 2 weeks I phoned again to see what is happening, because they had already loaded my new contract, AND NOW THERE'S NO DEVICES IN STOCK AGAIN? Terrible service delivery, only want you to pay and get nothing for it.
