MTN does not care!!!

I have written two reviews already. Since reporting ***** on my account on 10 Feb 2022 and submitting an affidavit and copies of SMS's received from the ********* to MTN, no positive response have been received. The last was on 28 Feb 2022 saying they are awaiting feedback from their ***** dept. It is clear that MTN does not care for their customers!!!
