MTN does not care

MTN has no respect for its clients. It does not care. I have tried to cancel a contract and phoned their call centre. waited 48 minutes and when I got through they just disconnected me. Trued again and same process occurred.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I suggest Vodacom and Telkom are better bets. moving my account!! Only way is to go to their shops which have lengthy queues!!!!
