MTN does not care about you. All they know is to take your money every month.

I handed my IPhone xs in rose gold in December due to the bottom half of my screen not responding at no fault of my own. We we are now in March & I haven’t received my phone back. I’m actually laughing at how pathetic this company is. This contract was taken in KwaDukuza mall, Stanger. Staff make no effort to help. Countless emails have been sent to MTN but nobody cares. Vodacom does not do this to their clients. I pay 1000 a month on this phone & I don’t have it. I will be switching my entire family over onto another network. Pathetic customer service. I will never take a contract with mtn ever again. I’m very angry & have been kind and patient but this is unacceptable
