MTN does not care about treating its customers fairly

Wish Regulators can fine MTN again. I went to MTN Keywest branch on the 10th of September before my contract ended and I spoke to Lerato, and she ordered a phone package that was not complete and had to reorder the phone with the band watch. The supervisor by the name of Carl said to me I could have upgraded to any device in order to have avoided to be charged outside the contracted fee which only ended on the 17th of September 2022. I am not happy with the responses received from Carl as he says I could have upgraded to something I did not like just to avoid being charged these exorbitant amounts. The same thing MTN did 24 months ago, I have logged tickets and they were ended without being completed and no feedback is provided. MTN does not care about treating their customers fairly. I want to cancel my contract after this outrageous service received from MTN keywest Branch.
