At your earliest convenience please leave this provider, I would highly not recommend them. 1. When you call their call center, consultants drop the line on your ear while you’re waiting for your query to be resolved. 2. Team leaders lie about logging a query or ticket for your query and give you false reference number which you can’t use when you call again. They will say they can’t pick up that reference number. 3. Call center agents are rude and ***********. 4. Customer service is a myth. 5. They are ********. 6.Using this service provider is detrimental to your health. I could go on and on.I would highly not recommend it. Leave them as soon as possible, as in yesterday.
