MTN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CURRENT CONTRACT HOLDERS SATISFACTION!!!!

Im getting really fed up with this poor service! I have a contract with MTN and looking to get two more added. I did the online application on Sunday and all was well. I received a text and email saying my application was Paused. I waited for MTN to contact me and it haven't happened till this time. I called them and i was to provide them with a ***** Protection letter which i sent on Monday. Ever since Monday ive been calling every day to ask if the document have been uploaded and i keep getting a NO! Ive been given at least emails to send it to and most of the emails dont even exist and i made sure to reply the email back to them before hanging up. Shaleen Reddy was super kind and gave me her MTN email address so i can forward it to her and she was going to call me the next day to tell me its submitted and still no call and the document haven't been submitted. This morning i was told to contact Mondo and they also asked for the letter and that they cant even cancel the application. I also got a vetting email for some reason to send my documents to. This is getting ridiculous!!!! This document have very private AND vulnerable information on and they just want me to send it around. MTN YOU FAILED ME THIS TIME!!!
