MTN does not care about the customer.

MTN has absolutely no desire to solve a problem for a customer without charging additional fees. I was provided a fixed LTE contract but cannot received fixed LTE. For over 2 years I have tried to resolve the problem. The only way MTN is prepared to solve the problem is by charging me a penalty fee, which in principle I am not prepared to do as I have not received the service. Their technician has even confirmed that I cannot receive the service, but they continue to insist that I pay additional fees.
