MTN does not care about new business.

I have tried since before lockdown to get a contact approved. Every single time a new requirement or document is required, just to get the application declined again. Please please please decide what you want. As I do not require a device. It is a 3 month use your own package. Also, the message I am receiving from MTN, is that they are not interested in my business whatsoever. Is 3 new lines not good enough to get straight answers from MTN. Marileth has really jumped through every single hoop required. Still MTN cannot provide clarity and proper feedback.
