MTN does not care about its loyal customers

I do not know how I have been with MTN for more than 7 years with 3 contract phones from them. They do not care about their long term customers. Don't even know if they keep track of them. All they care about is getting their monthly payments. I just had my phone insurance decline okay cool. I found out that the data and minutes that I am currently using will expire in 2025 when I told the consultant that I was using to stop the deduction for my other number when they called me and put me on a month to month contract. Now have to pay R500 to cancel my contract. I am done with MTN. And please stop calling me telling me about your promos
