MTN does not care about its customers

My daughter Veronica Tsolo approached MTN Secunda where she app**** for a contract for her Router contract, she told them that she wanted to cancel it because it is useless to her because MTN struggles with network in Kinross where we stay. She was told that she must personally contact MTN HEAD OFFICE. She contacted MTN SA about 5-6 times always getting promises that it will be cancelled. To date nothing happened.
