MTN does not care about its customers

In November 2022 I cancelled my contract at MTN Retail Park Boksburg. Cancellation *** has not attended to and the stop order is still being charged to my bank account. 29 November 2022 Customer Care confirmed that they are working on the cancellation. Call centre number does not answer calls. MTN is not a good supplier.
