MTN Does not care about its customers

I Have been a customer of MTN's for years. I got a new phone on contract in August 2015, in May the phone stopped working. As it was a Blackberry Classic and couldn't be repaired, I was provided with a replacement phone, a refurbished Blackerry Classic.

On the 31st August, the replacement phone stopped working as well. This phone was put in for repairs on the same day. This phone also couldn't be repaired and I was told they were waiting for a replacement. By the end of October after being without my phone for 2 months, I was told that as they couldn't replace the phone with another of the same model, a warranty assessment was completed and I was told I could arrange for a new phone.

It has been 6 weeks, I have spoken to numerous people in numerous departments and yet no-one has been able to help me arrange for a replacement phone, I get transferred from person to person, I have lost count of the number of times I have been told that someone will call me back, yet no one is interested in resolving this issue.

I called today to cancel my contract and was given the name of a Regional Manager who was meant to help me resolve this, his phone is off. I am at a complete loss for words. Is there anyone at MTN who cares enough to actually resolve ongoing issues???
