MTN does not care about it customers

In Sept 2016, I got a call from an MTN agent by the name of Jack as my contract came up for expiration. He inquired if I wanted to renew the contract which I declined, stating that I wanted to stay on a month to month basic. Behold, a week later I receive an SMS stating that a new contract has been opened. The contract is for a two year period. Upon seeing this I phone Jack who assured me that it would be fixed.

I have sent MTN customer service emails, called 808, been into the MTN store a few times since then to sort this out BUT they just don't care.

The email address for MTN is Customercare ********** Nice wording BUT SEROIUSLY THEY SHOULD CHNAGE IT TO "NO CUSTOMER CARE" as I have yet to receive a call or reply email to the ones I have sent.

I have been a client with MTN for years, never missed a payment etc .....BUT FOR WHAT......as all they want is your money and a signed contract. Once they have that, you just another number to them.

All three of my other MTN contracts and the new one I did not want will be cancelled when their term is up and I am telling my friends to do theirs as well.

Nicely played MTN. Caught me once and never again.
