MTN does not care about customer service
Two weeks ago I reported a problem I have with my number that for some random numbers calling my phone it says number does not exist, or not available. Nothing was done!
I called again yesterday and had to log another call. Was told to follow up today. Nothing was done!
Either fix this or cancel the contract. I never had this problem when I was with Telkom mobile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
