MTN does not care about Customer Concerns

I work from home in Moreleta Park, Pretoria. On 14/09/2019 , I started experiencing intermittent cellphone signal problems. I reported this problem on 16/09/2019 (#869384). I was subsequently informed that the site was down, reference no: SMC/***. Was also informed that remote access was done on network tower 8160 Moreleta East VC, and concern should be resolved. I informed Mtn that there was signal for a day,and then it went back to the signal being intermittent. Complained about the concern again on 26/09/2019 (#934753). To date, 15/10/2019, a month later, this situation still exists. This intermittent signal is an absolute major inconvenience to me, as I am unable to use my telephone to conduct business as well as to allow visitors into my estate. Whenever I travel out of the area, the cellphone signal strength is strong and stable. I have been at the same location for the last 19 years, and have been a MTN customer for even longer, and have not experienced such a problem for this length of time previously. If MTN does not have the capability or will to resolve my concern ,that I have been very patient about, they should cancel my contract and refund me for the period that I have an unacceptable level of service. Over and above it all, I always have to initiate communication to determine if anything is being done about my concern. Such a pity that such a large company has such low capabilities and very poor customer service levels. MTN = Pathetic service.

Good day. Received a call from one of your consultants while I was out of town. Informed him (Thomas), of the date that I will be returning home, as he would like to test signal at my premises, and possibly supply a signal booster if the signal strength was the problem. I requested that he call me when I am back to make an appointment to test the signal strength. Have not heard from him or anyone else from MTN. It would be appreciated if my concern it attended to, as it is a problem that I have been experiencing from 14/09/2019.
